Nora Juanita Rogers went home to be with her Lord on November 18,2017. She was a lifetime resident of Fort Myers born on August 27, 1923 to Solomon and Ruby Hires. Juanita was preceded in death by her loving husband, Eugene Rogers and her son, Carl Rogers.  She is survived by 2 daughters and their spouses,  Janie and Ed Kunzweiler, Carol and Frank Howard and daughter-in-law Tunis Rogers. Also, 2 sisters Reva Hudson and Katherine Conn and 2 brothers Marvin Hires and Don Hires, 8 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren,1 great,great grandchild and many extended family
 
Juanita was a loving wife and mother and enjoyed family gatherings. She had many hobbies. In recent years they including reading, especially the bible, knitting and playing games with the family. Juanita had been a member of Riverside Baptist Church where she grew up and worshiped for many years. In recent years she was a member of New Hope Baptist Fellowship and loved her church family. She will be greatly missed, but we rejoice knowing she is with her Lord and Savior.
 
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday December 27, 2017 at New Hope Baptist Fellowship,431 Nicholas Parkway E., Cape Coral, Fl.
