William “Bill” J. Fitzsimmons, 73, of Cape Coral passed away Saturday October 21, 2017. He was born in Brooklyn, NY in 1944. Bill married Eileen in 1965 in Brooklyn, she preceded him in death in 2010. Bill was a commercial electrician and worked for many years in New York. He retired in 2013 and moved to Cape Coral.
Survivors include his two sons; Billy (Nancy) Fitzsimmons of Long Island, NY, Brian (Dawn) Fitzsimmons of Cape Coral, Six grandchildren; Daniel, Abigail, Jenna, Brandon, James, and Alexis.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Ft. Myers. Burial will follow at Ft. Myers Memorial Gardens.
