We care about you and your family. Our staff of professional funeral directors have years of experience compassionately caring for families at the most difficult time of their lives. Our goal is to assist the family in their selection of a fitting tribute to their loved one. We offer families the choice of earth burial, cremation, aboveground entombment and other memorial options that meet the family's needs. William J. Hansen, Funeral Director in ChargeOriginally from Michigan, Bill has been a Florida resident since 1970. He began a career in funeral service in 1972. Graduated from Miami-Dade Community College School of Mortuary Science and has been a funeral director since 1976. He is married to Debbie and they have two daughters. He enjoys fishing, boating, scuba diving and spending time with family. Bill has been a member of the Harvey-Engelhardt-Metz team since June of 2007.

Renee Duncan, Funeral DirectorOriginally from Beckley, WV, Renee joined the funeral home in December 2007. Renee is a U.S. Army Veteran having served from 1998 to 2005. She is a 2006 graduate of John A.Gupton Mortuary College in Nashville, TN.
Renee enjoys spending time with her son and seeing the wonderful sights of Florida. Some of her hobbies include playing sports and swimming.

Louise "Weezer" Murphy, AdministrationBorn and raised in the Chicago area, I loved the city life, but enjoyed vacation trips to Fort Myers Beach for many years. Moved to Cape Coral in 1990. After many years of office administration and special events experience, joined Harvey-Engelhardt-Metz Funeral Homes & Crematory on November 1, 2009 performing the accounts receivable/payable and administrative function at the Fort Myers Facility.

Mark Jones, Certified Crematory OperatorMark Jones is our certified crematory operator. He has over 20 years of experience in the funeral and cremation business. Mark has been a member of the staff for over four years.
He loves to fish and spend time with his family.

Chuck Busch, AmbassadorChuck Busch has worked with Harvey-Engelhardt-Metz Funeral Home for 8 years and was the owner and operator of Busch Garden Center for 35 years in Ft. Myers. He enjoys spending time with his family and golfing in sunny Florida.
