Charles H Hardin

Our beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great-grandfather passed away November 9, 2020.

Chuck was born in 1934 in North Carolina to Elmo and Mae Hardin. He was raised in and near Washington, D.C., served in the U.S. Army 1954-1957. He married Rosa Weigl in 1955 in Frankfurt, Germany, returned to the U.S. in 1957. After completing his education at Drexel University, Chuck was employed at the Dupont Company for 35 years in various supervisory and management positions.
Chuck is survived by a family he deeply loved. Rosa his wife; daughter Deborah Powell and husband Dan; son Steven; son Charles and his wife Carol; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Chuck enjoyed reading, tennis, hiking, biking and traveling; all with Rosa.
