Donald J Marfongella, beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 in the comfort of his home in Fort Myers, Florida. He was 80 years old. He was born on April 15, 1941 in Cleveland, Ohio to parents Andrew and Elizabeth. Don married the love of his life, Ruth Marfongella on September 14, 1963 in Cleveland. They raised 4 children. Don is remembered as a devoted Catholic and a caring family man. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife Ruth, and children; Andrew Marfongella (Erin), Theresa Parker (Richard), Steven Marfongella (Dawn), and Kristen Marfongella as well as grandchildren; Alycia, Kaitlyn, Chad, Jenna, Nicholas, and Ty.
A memorial mass will be held on on Saturday October 23rd at 10:00am, at Church of the Resurrection on Cypress Lake Dr. in Fort Myers, FL.
