Janet T Carloni

Janet Theresa Carloni passed away peacefully Sunday January 17th, 2021 in Bonita Springs, Florida. Janet was born September 25th, 1948 in Meriden, Connecticut to George and Shirley (Cearasale) Wylie. During her years in Connecticut and Georgia, she was employed by Aetna and AT&T before relocating to Florida for retirement. She enjoyed volunteering with the Hartford Jaycees where she was very involved in the Greater Hartford Open (GHO) golf tournament and American Red Cross. She also served different roles in Florida on the Cinnamon Cove HOA.

During her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her loving family and friends, as well as traveling. Her favorite past time was cruising with her husband prior to his passing.

Janet was preceded in death by her loving husband, Louis Carloni Jr., her parents, George and Shirley (Cearasale) Wylie, and her brother.

Janet is survived by her Stepchildren, Nicholas (and wife Carrie) Carloni of Decatur, GA; grandson: Julian, daughter and Patricia Carloni of Aurora, CO; grandchildren: Logan, Trinity, and Hunter of Aurora, CO; Brother Mark Wylie of Clearwater, FL; sister-in-law, Barbara A. Carpenter of Bonita Springs, FL; and nephew, Jonathan J. Carpenter of Boston, MA. 

Due to the COVID pandemic, the family has decided not to have a visitation. Family and Friends are invited to a Memorial Mass that will be held at St. Columbkille Catholic Church of Fort Myers on Friday, January 22nd at 11:00 am.
