Joe enjoyed cooking and I always liked talking with him about his recipes and trying his dishes. When he came to my house I appreciated when he was interested in my cooking and was so happy when he complimented me on what I had made. I always knew I could turn to him with questions about so many different things and when I did he was quick to help out. The Christmas he built a lighthouse for me was very special and it is one of very few things I actually moved to Florida with. I liked calling him “bro” and I always enjoyed and will miss his smile.
