Kenneth O White

Kenneth Orgill White, 68, of Fort Myers, Florida and formerly of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Hendry Regional Hospital after battling cancer. He was born in Philadelphia, Mississippi on October 13 1954. Kenneth attended Southwestern College and Virginia Theological Seminary before beginning his life's work as an addiction counselor. He was a devout Episcopalian.

Kenneth will be missed by his mother Dorothy Orgill Kirsch and sister Elizabeth Wilson White, as well as his dear friends in Ft Myers, Florida and on Sanibel Island. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Nancy Orgill Jr. and his grandparents, Kenneth and Dorothy Orgill.

Services are being planned at Calvary Episcopal in Memphis, TN, followed by a graveside service at Elmwood Cemetery. Paul McLain will be the officiating the ceremony. Reception will follow in the Great Hall. A live stream will be available to view from Calvary at calvarymemphis.org.
