Tribute

It is with great sadness, the family of Melissa Lewis Menendez, announces her unexpected passing Sunday morning, May 20, 2018, at the age of 32 years old, when God called her home.
Melissa was a loving Mother, Daughter and Sister, born May 17, 1986, in Fort Myers, Florida, the oldest of three children, to Felix and Linda (Lewis) Menendez III.
She will be forever remembered and will be very much missed by her beloved child, Elijah W. Lupski and her parents; Felix and Linda; brothers; Michael, Matthew and Felix (Esther) Menendez; Uncles, Aunts and Cousins; Ted (Uncle) and Melanie (Aunt) Lewis and children, Ted, Lindsey, Robert and Ashley and their children; Saige, Layla, Landin, Aydin and Olivia; Peter (Uncle) and Rosemarie (Aunt) (Menendez) Feuntes and children; Peter and Justus; Daniel (Uncle) and Angela (Aunt) (Menendez) Johnson and their children; Daniel and Kyle. Also, remembered and loved by her cousins and more like Aunts and Uncles; Sandra and (Douglas) Brown, child Robert; Janis Fox, and children, Sean and Kyle; Rebecca (Jim) Karousatos and children, Kristopher and Kyle.
Melissa was a beautiful, sweet, loving person whom loved to fish and play with her son. She will forever leave an everlasting effect on the lives of those that loved her so much. Her smile will forever be remembered and she could light up a room with it. She had many talents and hobbies that she enjoyed; photography, cosmetology, art; music and fishing. For us, her time came to early. She didn’t mean to go. Our only salvation is, we know we will be with her again. You were so loved, Melissa.
Now, joined in Heaven with her and to watch over her are; her beloved Grandparents, Felix and Rose Menendez, Ted and Frankie Lewis; and her brother Marcus Menendez; her beloved Aunts and Uncles; Lourene and Tommy Summerlin, Rebecca and Frank Hemelgarn; Dean and JoAnne Condurelis; cousin, Dean “Dino” Condurelis; Uncle Herbert Lewis and two sweet angels; Kimberly Dawn (Sister) and cousin, Lacey.
