Robert “Bob” Carlton Puckett, 76, of Fort Myers, Florida, died Monday November 8, 2021 at Hope Hospice Care Center after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on October 29, 1945 in Lebanon, Virginia to parents Gladys and Carlos Puckett. Bob graduated from Lebanon High School in 1964 and moved to Roanoke, Virginia in 1972.
Bob married Brenda, the love of his life, in 1973 and began a successful career in the car business. Bob owned his own business for almost 40 years and enjoyed being able to give back to his community. A Christian man of faith, he was always helping those that were less fortunate.

Bob is survived by his loving wife Brenda, daughter Renae (Aaron) Leonard, grandson Mickey Donohue, niece Pam (Michael) Bower, great nephew Braden, sister Etta (Robert) Hunt, brother-in-law David Bowman.
A memorial service will be held at Faith United Methodist Church on November 17, 2021 at 10am, followed by a luncheon. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hope Hospice Healthcare or Faith United Methodist Church.
