You walked in beauty all your life and brought sunshine to all you met. We had such happy times together growing up. You were the best daughter anyone could ever have and that is the legacy you leave. We will miss you.

Susan was so instrumental in my life while I was in middle school and high school. She was my teacher at McGregor Baptist Church in youth group, and I learned so much from her. Her big smile, bubbly personality, and always positive outlook encouraged me tremendously. I also learned how to dress well and to always look my best. She always looked incredible - such a great sense of elegant style. I will be praying for the entire Votaw family during this very difficult time.
