We met at the Best Friends Animal hospital, where else? We had gone to register our cats and asked about a pet sitter and by total chance , Donna walked in. From that day on we were good friends. The 1st time she cared for our cats she called to say they were fine and that Willie is her new best friend. When ever Donna came over he always made a grand entrance. Another time we forgot to notify the guard house and they wouldn't let her in to feed the cats, she when home got on a bike an was able to ride in and take care of the cats, no kitty's were going to miss a meal with Donna in charge. We always had fun times with Donna & Chris going to Yappy hour, the pub, and happy hour at shoeless Joes. Chris had us over to see the Katz and we enjoyed that and hope to do it again in the future. Can't believe it's been 2 months. Can't believe she's left us. We will always miss her and she is in our prayers.
Love,
Hazel, Glen, Willie, Sam, & Tabby

Donna was one of my very first friends in Florida - we had many great times together. I am so very sorry to hear this... I haven't seen her since my daughter was little, but I will miss her very much... we were only a month apart in age.

Donna will always be remembered as a beloved member of the Lowe family. She was a beautiful addition to our family who embraced us with love and kindness. Her sweet and thoughtful nature and kind deeds will never be forgotten. Her loyalty and love for us was pure and true. She was a loving and caring wife to son and brother Chris, and a devoted daughter in law, sister in law and Aunt. She will be missed dearly and will forever remain in our hearts.

Donna was the kind of friend that everyone needs, but not everyone finds. I was so blessed to have felt friendship like hers for a number of years. I will miss her every day.

Donna had an extraordinarily tender heart and soul all clothed in a body of vigor and beauty, and a dazzling smile. You are now and will be so missed. The world is an emptier place without our beloved "kitty lady." Kris, the entire neighborhood is in mourning with you at this tragic loss.

One of my favorite memories of my cousin Donna was when my mother and I visited her in Florida. One night after we went to bed, one of Donna's favorite cats Cleo came in to visit me. Donna was a little jealous that Cleo came to see us, instead of following her to bed. So, in the dead of the quiet, I heard this tiny little voice gently calling, "Clee-ooooo.... Cleee_oooooo..." as Donna tried to coax Cleo away from us. She just couldn't stand the fact that Cleo chose to sleep with us that night. Mom and I ended up in a giggle fit, with Donna joining in shortly thereafter.

I love you my cousin. <3

My condolences to Mr and Mrs Pallotta and of course, my dear friend Gigi.
My thoughts and prayers are with you. What a horrible thing to happen. I am so so sorry. I wish there was something I could say to make it all go away, and since there isn't, I feel helpless. I am there for you in spirit. Love always, Gayle Fleming

Donna was a dear friend and neighbor. We shared many fun times with her and Chris and will miss her smiling face and kind heart. She was a pet sitter for many here in our neighborhood and if you asked her to walk your dog 3 times she did it 5 or 6. We know she is in heaven with all the animals she so lovingly cared for who have passed on.
Chris and family, I wish there was something we could say to ease your pain but know that Donna made a difference and was loved by all who crossed her path. Rest in peace dear friend! We love you!

Donna seemed to instinctively know the exact right thing to say or the perfect thing to do, to help with whatever you were going through or to bring a smile to your face. It was as if she was reading your heart. When you turned to Donna for something, you knew you were in good hands. Donna had a heart of gold and a will of iron, and when you were with her, or talking to her on the phone, you knew you were being heard…you felt how much she cared. She was such a powerful force of good on this earth, such a loving soul. We were so blessed to have her in our lives.

Chris, We were so saddened to hear about Donna. Her heart was as big as the whole outdoors and we were always in awe of her kindness to the smallest of creatures. God bless you in your time of sorrow and grief. Love, Spencer and Peggy

Working with Donna was my first experience with ExploreLearning when I became a CT. I could not believe how extraordinarily caring she was and how much of herself she put into her work. My favorite times with Donna though were when we finished work, and got to gush over our animals together. We would share stories about which ones we rescued since the last conversation... Her heart was enormous for all the animals and the people whose lives she touched! Prayers for her family....

It is never easy when God calls a loved one home. Still, I was so sad to hear of Donna's passing. Although we never met in person, we worked together quite often via e-mail's and she was a joy to me.
My deepest Sympathy to Chris and the rest of Donna's family.
