It has been many years since he has passed but this man was one of my heroes. He saved my eyes and I am able to be able to even type this message out due to him. My eyes were so bad he told my mom that he didn't know if I would even be able to read, well Dr. you short changed yourself. He did amazing things for me and others. I still remember his caring face and how he was very patient with me as a child, now I didn't like the horrible eye drops he had my mom put in my eyes but that was all apart of it. I will forever be grateful for him being a wonderful person and doctor. My depth of appreciation will last forever. Thank you Dr Neil you were the best!!!!!!
